Instructions for the day

Rehearsals on the day can be found on the MandM page HERE.

Please be at the church by 7pm. To get good parking, you may dine at the White Hart and use their car park, otherwise see below. the general parking arrangements (see button above).


Parking for performers

Reserved space is provided for soloist, bringers of heavy instruments or equipment, and those with mobility problems. Other performers may use the forecourt if space is available, or Popels Hall, or general parking arrangements at the Old Vicarage.


Dress code

The dress-code for all adult performers is black tie for gentlemen and long, all black skirts or trousers for ladies except:


Concert programme

Music for the four audience carols (and Junior Choir music) can be found by on the MandM24 page (audience carols and Winkfield Chorale music) or on the JC page (Junior Choir music).Performers are responsible for bringing their own music and music stands.


Music stands, coats etc

Please would all intrumentalists bring their own music stands as necessary. As music stands tend to look alike, please be sure that yours is clearly marked or identifiable.

Coats, music cases and other possessions may be left (at owners' risk) for the duration of the concert in the Lady Chapel, which is to the south side of the chancel.
