Welcome to the performers page for the the Music and Merriment Concert. This page will give useful additional information.

Instructions for the day

Rehearsals on the day can be found on the MandM page HERE.

Please be at the church by 7pm. To get good parking, you may dine at the White Hart and use their car park, otherwise see below. the general parking arrangements (see button above).

Parking for performers

Reserved space is provided for soloist, bringers of heavy instruments or equipment, and those with mobility problems. Other performers may use the forecourt if space is available, or Popels Hall, or general parking arrangements at the Old Vicarage.

Dress code

The dress-code for all adult performers is black tie for gentlemen and long, all black skirts or trousers for ladies except:

• Senior Choir gentlemen may wear black trousers and black open-neck shirt instead of black tie;
• Soloists may wear smart concert costume of their own choosing;
